Welcome
to the Hahndorf Family Medical Centres website service. We are located in
the Adelaide Hills, have branches in Hahndorf, Mt Barker, Nairne and Woodside,
and run a clinic at Echunga.
We are a nationally accredited practice and consist of a group of eight full time equivalent experienced doctors with a common philosophy and commitment to Family Medicine. As well as providing full services of Family health care we have admitting rights to the Mt Barker DSM Hospital, a public hospital and also the Stirling District Hospital, a private hospital in the local area. The Doctors also visit the local Hostels and Nursing homes within the district.
Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide the highest standard of patient care whilst incorporating
a holistic approach toward diagnosis and management of illness. We are committed
to promoting health, wellbeing and disease prevention to all patients.
To do this, the doctors:
- Allow sufficient time for consultations
- Confer with each other and specialists and other health professionals as
indicated
- Keep their medical knowledge, skills and practice up to date through continuing
medical education and quality assurance
